Polly brings over 20 years of experience in PR and marketing, having worked with some of the world’s biggest beauty and lifestyle brands across London, Asia, and the Middle East. In Dubai, she has led teams, built new divisions, and championed women in the workplace through initiatives supporting flexible working and working mothers.
Emily comes from a hands-on entrepreneurial path, spending two decades in the hair industry before opening her own salon in Dubai, during the height of the pandemic and with a newborn in tow. She grew it into a thriving business and launched a second venture supplying salons bespoke foil across the region. Today, she mentors other business owners, helping them find clarity, confidence, and structure in their growth.
